Specialist in Applied Intelligence and Post-Doctor in Electronic Government, and team, will accompany the laboratory in the USA, the statistical behavior of the data published by the Brazilina Supreme Court (TSE) in the elections, IN REAL TIME, to verify STANDARD DEVIATIONS, that can mean FRAUDS.

Hugo Cezar Hoeschl, a specialist in Applied, Post-Doctor in Electronic Government, and fraud in various systems (he presents himself in the video), announces that his team will follow the statistical behavior of the electoral data, from a laboratory installed in the USA.

The days of TSE's total control over the electoral process without TRANSPARENCY and PUBLICITY, as required by Law and by the Constitution, are counted.
