Sete
meses depois do impeachment da presidente Dilma Rousseff, os grupos
que organizaram as manifestações pelo afastamento da petista
voltam às ruas neste domingo, 26. Em ao menos 90 cidades
brasileiras, os ativistas farão um discurso que bate de frente com
o dos políticos que os apoiaram no ano passado e apresentarão uma
pauta mais difusa e menos palatável do que o antipetismo que
caracterizou os protestos que levaram milhões contra a presidente
cassada – o que faz com que a expectativa de público seja menor
do que em atos anteriores.
As
bandeiras comuns aos principais grupos desta vez são o fim do foro
privilegiado, o repúdio à proposta de lista fechada nas eleições
– modelo em que o eleitor vota em uma lista de candidatos
predefinida pelo partido – e o apoio à Operação Lava Jato. A
maioria dos movimentos faz críticas ao uso de recursos públicos
em campanhas eleitorais e ao aumento do Fundo Partidário. Com
exceção do Vem Pra Rua, também apoiam a revogação do Estatuto
do Desarmamento, uma pauta até então ausente.
“A
população está desarmada. Os bandidos, não”, disse a
porta-voz do NasRuas, Carla Zambelli. Na Avenida Paulista, região
central de São Paulo, também haverá grupos pedindo a intervenção
militar.
Os
protestos ocorrem duas semanas depois das manifestações contra a
reforma da Previdência, organizadas por centrais sindicais e
entidades ligadas a movimentos sociais, que levaram milhares às
ruas em 17 Estados, nas quais foram ouvidos gritos de “fora,
Temer”.
Para os
organizadores, os atos deste domingo não são um contraponto
aos de 15 de março. “Não estou preocupado em levar mais pessoas
do que no ato contra a reforma da Previdência. Estou preocupado em
levar essas pautas para as ruas e deixar a população consciente
com o que está acontecendo”, disse o empresário Rogério
Chequer, porta-voz do Vem Pra Rua. Em São Paulo, o grupo estará
com carro de som estacionado na frente do Masp.
Políticos.
Partidos e políticos que em 2015 disputaram a atenção dos grupos
e até participaram de atos desta vez passarão longe. “PT, PSDB,
PMDB e DEM, me parece, convergem para a lista fechada e para o
financiamento público (de campanha). Convergem para fatos que
visam à própria sobrevivência e à manutenção de privilégios”,
afirmou Chequer.
Apesar do
tom crítico aos políticos e ao governo federal, os principais
grupos descartam adotar o grito de “fora, Temer” no alto de
seus carros de som. O argumento é de que, por enquanto, não há
provas do envolvimento direto do presidente em atos ilícitos.
Outros
políticos, como os presidentes do Senado e da Câmara, Eunício
Oliveira (PMDB-CE) e Rodrigo Maia (DEM-RJ), respectivamente, e os
senadores Aécio Neves (PSDB-MG) e Renan Calheiros (PMDB-AL), no
entanto, deverão ser alvo de críticas dos manifestantes.
Crítica.
O tom mais duro contra Temer é adotado pelo empresário Luiz
Philippe de Orleans e Bragança, descendente da antiga família
real brasileira e integrante do Acorda Brasil. Segundo ele, o
grupo, que em São Paulo estará com seu carro de som na esquina da
Avenida Paulista com a Rua Pamplona, não pedirá “fora, Temer”
neste domingo, mas vai adotar o discurso se o presidente não vetar
a proposta de adoção de lista fechada nas eleições.
“Estamos
de olho neste golpe de Estado proposto pelo Legislativo. Temer tem
de vetar se a proposta chegar a ele. Tem de vetar, e não vetando,
será ‘fora, Temer’”, disse Bragança. “Se Temer não for a
última linha de defesa do povo brasileiro, ele será inimigo. Não
tenha dúvida de que haverá ‘fora, Temer’ se ele não vetar”,
afirmou.
