Prezada Carla Zambelli.

Presto saudações a você e aos integrantes da respeitada Polícia Federal Brasileira no evento de hoje. O combate à corrupção sistêmica, como bem colocado pelo Juiz Federal Sérgio Moro, deve ser contínuo e eficaz, com participação de representantes da sociedade civil, o que você faz muito bem.

Além dos mecanismos internos de combate à criminalização à quadrilhas que usam o Estado constituído como  meio de “blindagem” para práticas ilícitas, como o que foi evidenciado e  demonstrado pelas instituições democráticas de combate ao crime  organizado (Polícia Federal, Ministério Público Federal e Justiça Federal), bem como por forte pressão popular por meio de representantes de grupos organizados, como é seu caso, temos resoluções da Organização

das Nações Unidas (ONU), que podem ser utilizadas como parâmetros (se é que já não estão sendo usados pelos competentes Procuradores da República encarregados da árdua missão de desmantelar uma quadrilha muito bem constituída) para reforçar o combate à corrupção.

É o caso da Convenção das Nações Unidas contra a Corrupção, composta de 71 artigos que se encontram divididos em 8 capítulos. É importante que nos

atentemos ao que consta na ONU, justamente para dar respaldo legítimo ao  combate à corrupção brasileira. Como estamos constatando na mídia internacional, há uma Guerra midiática a favor e contra a legalidade do impeachment. A Venezuela, por meio de seu presidente, declarou Estado de

 Exceção levantando todas as garantias individuais e coletivas. Ou seja,  é a implantação da ditadura.  A Bolívia não ficará atrás. Mas os Estados Unidos da América já declarou, por meio da Organização dos Estados Americanos (OEA), que o que aconteceu no Brasil não foi Golpe. Com essa declaração, os EUA mandam um recado: não compactuamos mais com  governos populistas e sobretudo ditatoriais.

Carla: vamos nos manifestar em alto e bom som, que nosso grupo, tendo você como representante, defende o que a população brasileira e os Estados Democráticos defendem. Chega de populistas enganadores que tem por fim,única e exclusivamente a dilapidação do patrimônio do Brasileiro. Chega,  como demonstram os EUA, de governos ditatoriais que tem como único e exclusivo fim, a perpetuação no poder.

Acontece nesta sexta-feira (20) em João Pessoa um evento que vai discutir o trabalho da Polícia Federal no combate à corrupção. O evento conta com a presença de delegados que participaram da Operação Lava Jato. O Simpósio Polícia Federal Contra a Corrupção acontece no Espaço Gospel, na avenida Ruy Carneiro, no Brisamar, e as inscrições custam R$ 30 e podem ser feitas na Fesp Faculdades, em Manaíra. O valor das inscrições vai ser doado ao Hospital Napoleão Laureano.

De acordo com o presidente nacional da Associação dos Delegados da Polícia Federal, Eduardo Sobral, o evento vai discutir como é possível aperfeiçoar ainda mais a legislação e as instituições que combatem este crime. “Hoje temos liberdade de atuação, mas nos faltam recursos: podemos investigar, mas se não tivemos pessoal, equipamentos, investimentos, não vamos conseguir investigar”, justifica.

Sobral destaca que, dentro da falta de recursos, está o déficit de pessoal, que acaba atrapalhando os trabalhos de investigação. “Há sete anos não abrimos novas delegacias. Lutamos por autonomia orçamentária, administrativa e funcional através de uma mudança na Constituição”, explica.

Dear Mrs. Zambelli

I bear greetings to you and the members of the respected Brazilian Federal Police in today's event. The fight against systemic corruption, as well put by Federal Judge Sergio Moro, must be continuous and effective, with the participation of representatives of civil society, what you do well.

In addition to internal mechanisms to combat criminalization to gangs who use the state constituted as a means of "shielding" for illegal practices, such as that shown and demonstrated by democratic institutions to combat organized crime (Federal Police, Federal Public Ministry and Federal Justice ), as well as strong popular pressure by representatives of organized groups, as is the case, we have the Organization's resolutions

United Nations (UN), which can be used as parameters (if they are not already being used by the Republic competent Prosecutors charge of the difficult task of dismantling a well-formed gang) to strengthen the fight against corruption.

It takes place this Friday (20) in João Pessoa an event that will discuss the work of the federal police in fighting corruption. The event counts with the presence of delegates who participated in Operation Car Wash. The Federal Police Symposium Against Corruption happens in the Gospel Space in Ruy Carneiro Avenue, at Brisamar, and inscriptions are priced at R$ 30 and can be made in Fesp Colleges in Manaíra. The amount of entries will be donated to the Hospital Napoleon Laureano.
