WITCH HUNT IN BRAZIL AND IN USA










Faced with the increasing rate of violence in Brazil, how can citizens acquire new defense mechanisms so that they are not totally defenseless, since the public security organs are not managing to stop the escalation of violence?



COMMENT

The right of defense is a right inherent to all citizens in Brazil. The People can not be disqualified from defending themselves, defending their properties
and defending their families. But how to exercise this right of defense? The legally constituted state has taken the right to do justice, keeping from the citizen the right to do justice with their own hands. In every Rule of Law this is the basic premise, which varies in degree of intensity of this right of defense in the States constituted according to their tradition and formation.

In the United States of America, for example, there is a tradition that people can legally purchase weapons by filing an identity document in legal trade. The State of Texas, the local Government allows people to walk publicly with guns in the waist, in an exposed manner.

But how is this limit in Brazil or the attempt to expand this right of defense? Controversies exist, but society can not fail to discuss nationally, and bring their lawsuits to the National Congress. Faced with the increasing rate of violence in Brazil, how can citizens acquire new defense mechanisms so that they are not totally defenseless, since the public security organs are not managing to stop the escalation of violence?
The discussions on the subject are essential to find viable alternatives, providing an effectiveness of the fundamental right to the right of defense.
In this sense it will be necessary to carry out a broad and open discussion in the Society of the possibility of repealing the Disarmament Statute. It should also be accompanied by a revision of the criminal law concerning the right of defense, as well as a broad discussion in society about the ideologically motivated action, and most of the time Impunity, of certain sectors of the Public Ministry.

UM GRUPO SUPRAPARTIDARIO DE LATINO AMERICANOS CORAJOSOS PEDEM A REVOCAÇÃO DO ESTATUTO DO DESARMAMENTO, EM SENTIDO OPOSTO DE CERTAS AÇÕES GOVERNAMENTAIS E NÃO-GOVERNAMENTAIS NO BRASIL E NO MUNDO E QUE CONTAM COM APOIO E FINANCIAMENTO PELA OPEN SOCIETY FOUNDATIONS (OSF)


O direito de defesa é um direito de todo cidadão. As pessoas não podem ficar alijadas de se defenderem, defenderem seus patrimônios e defenderem suas famílias. Mas como exercer esse direito de defesa? O Estado legalmente constituído tomou para si o direito de fazer justiça, tirando do cidadão o direito de fazer justiça com as próprias mãos. Em todo Estado de Direito é essa a premissa básica, que varia em grau de intensidade desse direito de defesa nos Estados constituídos de acordo com sua tradição e formação.

 Nos Estados Unidos da América, por exemplo, há a tradição de que as pessoas podem comprar armas legalmente, mediante a apresentação de documento de identidade no comércio legal. O Estado do Texas, o Governo local permite que as pessoas andem publicamente com armas na cintura, de forma exposta.

Mas como é no Brasil esse limite ou a tentativa de expandir esse direito de defesa? Polêmicas existem, mas a sociedade não pode deixar de discutir nacionalmente, e levar seus pleitos ao Congresso Nacional. Diante do índice cada vez maior da violência no Brasil, como o cidadão poderá adquirir novos mecanismos de defesa para que não fique totalmente indefeso, haja vista que os órgãos de segurança pública não estão conseguindo frear a escalada de violência?

As discussões sobre o assunto são imprescindíveis para que se possa encontrar alternativas viáveis, proporcionando uma efetividade do direito fundamental ao direito de defesa. 
Neste sentido será mister levarmos uma grande discussão da possibilidade da revogação do Estatuto do Desarmamento deve ser acompanhada também da revisão da legislação criminal relativa ao direito de defesa, bem como de uma discussão ampla na sociedade sobre a atuação ideologicamente motivada, e na maioria das vezes impune, de determinados setores do Ministério Público.

Direita São Paulo went to the streets in February to request the revocation of the disarmament statute and now we are back with all the force to press for the repeal of the Disarmament Statute and support for the Parliamentary Front Arms for Life!

By the approval of PL3722 authored by federal deputy Rogério Peninha Mendonça that makes the marketing and the possession of firearms flexible for the protection of the family of the citizen of good.

Trump: 'You are witnessing the single greatest WITCH HUNT in American political history'

President Trump on Thursday again decried the investigation into Russian election meddling, saying Americans are watching "the single greatest WITCH HUNT in American political history."
"You are witnessing the single greatest WITCH HUNT in American political history — led by some very bad and conflicted people! #MAGA," Trump tweeted Thursday, using the hashtag for this campaign slogan, "Make American Great Again."

Trump has in the past referred to the Russia probe as a witch hunt.
In a tweet last month — following the naming of a special counsel to lead the Russia investigation — he tweeted: "This is the single greatest witch hunt of a politician in American history."
The president's tweet Thursday follows a report a day earlier that the special counsel named to investigate Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election is looking into whether Trump obstructed justice.
“They made up a phony collusion with the Russians story, found zero proof, so now they go for obstruction of justice on the phony story. Nice,” Trump tweeted earlier Thursday morning.
The Department of Justice appointed former FBI Director Robert Mueller as special counsel to oversee the Russia probe shortly after Trump's decision to fire former FBI Director James Comey.
Trump claimed — and Comey later affirmed — that Comey assured him he was not personally under FBI investigation. But investigators began probing Trump for obstruction of justice soon after Comey’s termination.
After Comey's testimony last week, further questions were raised about whether Trump tried to obstruct justice.
Thursday's tweets also come after a shooting Wednesday at a congressional baseball practice in Virginia, in which House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.) was among five wounded. After the shooting, the president called for unity in a statement from the White House.
