International Organizations as UN and OECD, to call for Coutries of
the Nuclear-Weapon States (Nuclear Club) which are outside the most

target country of our Petition, for strategic reasons we must include

NATIONAL PREPARATION STRATEGY IN RELATION TO OBJECTS NEAR EARTH (NEOS)
Each year about 1,500 near-Earth objects (NEOs) are identified, and more than 13,500 have been discovered since NASA-funded research began in 1998.
The agency's new program, the Planetary Defense Coordination Office (PDCO), will face the threat of asteroids and comets passing near Earth's orbit and threatening the planet. The program will lead a permanent search and work with relief agencies to develop emergency response plans.

BACKGROUND

With regard to Brazil, recently the current Presadient of the Republic manifested interest that Brazil joins this organization. A few months ago the Brazilian Government sent a letter to this organization at the outset to participate in it (see link:

Human beings are not evolutionarily adapted to dealing with catastrophic risks because of their low probabilities (black swans), impossibility of avoiding them under the conditions of our evolutionary history and unlikely survival to them. This, coupled with cognitive bias, makes us predisposed to neglect them despite their enormous importance. These are listed below except Nuclear War mentioned above:

Finally, we call on the citizens who participate in the indignant movements of São Paulo, initially represented by the Leaders of the Groups All Together by Brazil, Right São Paulo and National Critic through the sending of Correspondence, in order to create a commission in the Legislative Assembly.
